The river Perschling near Atzenbrugg is a low-land river with
terraces and stretches of residual flow. This area is 14 km long;
the average width of the river is between 8m and 20m.
The river is meandering through sparsely populated hilly farming
land. The fish that can be found here are carps, pike perches, pikes,
tenches, eels, trout and whitefish.
Day licenses are available from 1st June to 31st October. It is
compulsory to have an official fishing- or guest license for Lower
Austria.
